DYNASEAL^TM Series

The DYNASEAL^TM series is a chrome free duplex coating system that combines an inorganic zinc-rich basecoat with either a fluorocarbon-based or an aluminum-rich organic topcoat.  The DYNASEAL^TM series are formulated to provide a high level of corrosion protection.  The basecoat provides sacrificial protection of the steel substrate while the topcoat creates a durable barrier.  These formulations are engineered with integrated friction modifiers to eliminate the need for sealers or post coating lubricants.

TYPICAL METHODS AND APPLICATIONS:

The DYNASEAL^TM series can be applied by spray or dip-spin methods to a wide variety of substrates as well as engineering metals.  Typical applications are for threaded and non-threaded fasteners, nuts, bolts, rivets, springs, and other miscellaneous hardware.

NOTE:  DYNASEAL^TM series coating is free of hexavalent chromium. In addition, this non-electrolytically applied process does not have any potential to induce hydrogen embrittlement.
